Welcome to Workify! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Workify desktop app and website at https://workify.top (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

1. About Workify
Workify is a privacy-first productivity tracker that runs in your system tray and provides an AI-powered Flow Score based on activity patterns aggregated in 15-minute intervals. You can pause tracking at any time with the "Private 15" control.

2. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old and legally able to enter into these Terms to use the Services.

3. Your License to Use Workify
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, revocable license to install and use the app for your own productivity tracking. You may not reverse engineer, resell, or redistribute the Services without our permission.

4. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy at https://workify.top/privacy-policy explains what data we collect, how we use it to calculate your Flow Score, and how you can control it. By using the Services, you consent to that policy.

5. Data Handling
- Detailed activity data stays on your device for 48 hours and is then deleted automatically
- Only anonymized, aggregated summaries may be retained longer to improve the Services
- You can delete locally stored data at any time through system controls

6. Service Availability and Changes
We may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Services. If we make material changes to these Terms, we will notify you via email or in-app notice.

7. Acceptable Use
Do not misuse the Services. You agree not to interfere with or disrupt the Services, attempt unauthorized access, or use the Services for unlawful purposes.

8. Disclaimers
The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Flow Score or insights will meet all needs or be error-free.

9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Workify will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.

10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of France, without regard to conflict of law principles.
